New Mail Server for Windows Operating Systems

WinGroupware is a new developed Mail Server for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. With this Server you may be able to send and receive E-Mail Messages from the Internet and distribute them to your Clients within your Network.

You can either gather new Messages via a POP3 Downloader ("SmartPOP") from your ISP or direct via SMTP Connection, if you already own a static IP Address or leased Line. Outgoing Messages can be delivered to your ISP or direct to the Recipients Mailserver (often called "MX-Delivery").

Internal Messages will not leave your local Network, instead they are delivered over your local Mail Server. This improves your Message Security since no external Party have access to these Messages. Internal Documents will stay safe and within your Organisation and do not need to get routed out to the Internet and then get back from your ISP.

Thanks to the user-friendly User-Interface, which is fully decoupled from the Server, you are able to add Domains, Users or make changes, as necessary. Additionally we have added Realtime Statistics which enables you to monitor your Mail Server. 

With the included SQL Database, a Microsoft SQL Express Server, you get a stable and fast SQL Engine with a high Availability and easy Maintenance. In the upcoming Versions of WinGroupware we will add Support for MySQL and an internal, small footprinted SQL Engine too, which will lower the System Requirements and save Resources on your Server System.

WinGroupware enables encrypted Sessions with SSL/TLS Security, however, compared to other Mail Server Products, you have enhanced Options for your Encryption needs: you can configure your Mail Server to deliver Messages only if the Remote System can encrypt the Connection, otherwise the Messages are not delivered - or you can select that it should encrypt the Connection, if possible or send the Message unencrypted if the Remote does not support Encryption. All Servers of WinGroupware support SSL/TLS Encryption.

IPv6 ready! WinGroupware is already prepared for the new IPv6 Internet Protocol. You can directly start using IPv6 - like a snap! All Servers support the IPv6 Protocol direct out-of-the-Box.
