Home-Edition

The Home-Edition of WinGroupware is only running on top of a Windows Home Server and does not run on other OS-Editions.

Limitations: max. three Users, does not include the IMAP Server and no Telephone Installation Support. Only for private Customers, not for Business needs.

Home-Edition, 3 Users: 74,79 € net, 89 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Standard-Edition

The Standard Edition is perfect for small till midsized Offices and for SOHo-Users.

Limitations: No IMAP Server included. 

Includes: 30 Day free Installation Support Service, extendable with an Upgrade Protection Plan. Available with the following User Sizes:

Standard, 10 Users: 167,23 € net, 199 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Standard, 25 Users: 251,26 € net, 299 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Standard, 50 Users: 335,29 € net, 399 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Professional-Edition

The Professional-Edition includes all Features, also the IMAP4 Server.

Limitations: none, except the Amount of Users which can be created.

Pro, 10 Users: 251,26 € net 299 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Pro, 25 Users: 335,29 € net 399 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Pro, 50 Users: 419,33 € net 499 € incl. Tax (if in DE/EU).

Upgrade Protection and Enhancements

One-Year Upgrade Protection/Support

With this Extension you get another Year of free Support and all available Upgrades, including Major-Releases, for free. The Extension is calculated with 25% of the net Price of your Purchase. One Year means 365 Days.

Two-Year Upgrade Protection / Support

With this Extension, like the one before, you get free Support and all available Upgrades, even Major-Upgrades, for free for two Years. The Price is 2x20%, so 40% of the net Price of your Purchase. Additionally you get one Month free (760 Days, not only 730 Days of Protection!)

Premium-Support, 24/7-Hotline

Our Premium-Agreement with 24/7 Hotline ensures that you will reach our Development and Support Staff round the Clock. We have created this Service mainly for ISPs or large Corporates which want to have a Solution right when the Problem occurs. Upgrade Pricing

Extend your Mail Server Licence or change the Edition

Editionsupgrades (Standard -> Pro-Edition)

You can move at each Time from one Edition to another Edition (except the Home Edition, its not upgradeable at all). The Upgrade Price is the Difference between the Prices of the Full Products. This way you never pay too much, just because your Business grow. A new Installation is not needed at all, just the Licence Key has to be replaced.

Extend the User Count

Same like the Edition Upgrades, the Price to extend the Users if the Difference from the Full Pricing Product. No Money-Loss for Upgrading! Also there is no need for a new Installation, just replace the Licence Key.
